Monday Vitamin

It's another week,  another opportunity to try harder and do better.  Another reason to hope and believe that we are very close to the peak.
Do well this week;  smile at someone,  give a firm handshake.  Help someone today in anyway you can. Encourage  yourself and encourage someone.  Be kind to someone,  tolerate the excesses of others.

Work with passion,  give your job more commitment and diligence. Appreciate the little things; the weather,  oxygen,  the sun(however hot it maybe). Be joyful this week.

Read that book this week,  or finish that book and pick a new one. Start that project and give it your all.  Reach out to that person this week ask about their well-being.  Show so much love this week.  You never know whose life you might change,  save, influence or better still impact.

Have a wonderful and productive week!

Give it a try, you just might be surprised at how spicy your weekend can turn out.    "So the other day, I was looking though my food archive and realised that only two of my most recent recipes were plantain based. What an abomination! How is it possible that I eat plantain almost daily and have so few plantain recipes? I was absolutely baffled. A decision was made to honour the greatness of plantain by dedicating the whole week to it. This colourful stuffed plantain is day two of my plantain week, it is definitely a unique way of cooking your plantain, fairly easy and sure to satisfy plantain lovers. What You’ll Need… 2 ripe plantains 1 tbsp melted butter   2 tbsps canola oil Gizzard ¼ ...
